End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: April 14, 2026

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Gridify for use of the Gridify application.

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, Gridify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, or transfer the app.
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. Gridify and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features may require in-app subscriptions billed by Apple. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restore are governed by Apple billing terms and App Store policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Apple services (such as StoreKit, Photos permissions, and App Store purchase flows). Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms.

6. Updates

Gridify may release updates, patches, or upgrades. These may be required for continued use of certain features.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
