Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gridify mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Gridify, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple account, and any credentials used with Gridify.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Gridify may offer paid subscriptions (for example: weekly, monthly, yearly plans). Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Where available, restoring purchases is done through Apple's restore mechanism.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gridify for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the stability or security of the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you import into Gridify. You are solely responsible for your content and your rights to use it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, logos, and non-user content, is owned by Gridify and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.
